Gursharn is a litigation lawyer who represents individuals and businesses in a range of civil matters including contract disputes, property damage claims, and insurance matters. She works closely with clients to align litigation strategy with their objectives at each stage of the dispute, bringing clear communication, strategic analysis, and focused advocacy to every file. Gursharn is a member of the South Asian Bar Association of Toronto. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of British Columbia, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Leicester, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts (Hon. B.A.) from the University of Toronto. Outside of her legal practice, Gursharn enjoys volunteering, travelling, and spending time with her family.
