Kate graduated from the University of Windsor Law School in 2016. She exclusively practices family law, including but not limited to custody, access, support and division of property issues. In addition to her Juris Doctor degree, Kate has completed Family Mediation Training at York University, which assists her in reaching fair outcomes for her clients without litigation in court through separation agreements. However, if court intervention becomes necessary, Kate is confident defending her clients in all levels of the judicial system in Ontario. Kate is a Russian native speaker and has been working closely with the Russian-speaking community.
