With a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the National University of Singapore, Richard moved to Canada to continue his legal studies at York University’s Osgoode Hall. After graduating in 2017, Richard articled at EME before joining the legal staff full time. Today, he’s a litigation associate, helping our immigration clients navigate the Canadian system to achieve their immigration goals. Richard assists clients by speaking fluently in English and Mandarin.
